文化旅游产业已成为我国经济社会可持续发展的重要内容之一。本文首先对相关概念进行界定。在此基础上,深入分析了河南文化旅游产业发展现状特征。指出存在管理体制不顺,发展观念滞后;资金投入不足,融资渠道不畅;市场急功近利,产业外向度不高;开发深度不够,缺少资本对接;人员素质不高,复合型人才短缺;营销策划不佳,宣传力度不大等问题。提出了确保认识到位,快速推进文化旅游产业发展;加大改革力度,积极树立现代文化旅游理念;细分客源市场,科学制定文化旅游产业规划;突出河南特色,重点培育文化旅游产业集群;深入挖掘内涵,努力打造河南文化旅游精品;加强联动协作,实现与周边区域间互利共赢;做好人才建设,改善文化旅游产业发展软环境;注重营销策划,进一步加大宣传促销力度;拓宽融资渠道,采取灵活机动的投融资方式等对策建议。

Cultural industry has become an important part of economic and social sustainable development inChina. Firstly, the paper defines related definitions. Then, based on the definitions, the article in-depth analyses the status quo of cultural industrial development in Henan Province and points out problems like unsmooth management system and outdated develop- mental concept, sluggish financing channels and insufficient capital investment, radical market and low degree export-ori- ented industry, lack of depth development and capital docking, low personnel quality and shortage of compound talents, poor marketing plans and insufficient publicity, etc. Afterwards, the author puts forward countermeasures that related de- partments and companies should ensure full understanding of the cultural tourism industry and consciously promote the de- velopment of the cultural tourism industry, intensify related reform and actively foster the modern concept of cultural tourism, segment tourist market and scientifically plan the development of cultural tourism industry, highlight Henan char- acteristics and cultivate cultural tourism industry cluster, deepen cultural tourism industry connotation and make outstanding cultural tourism products in Henan Province, strengthen the linkage cooperation and achieve mutual benefit and win-win results with surrounding areas, construct work of talent and improve the soft environment of cultural tourism industry, focus on marketing planning and further increase promotional efforts, broaden financing channels and boost cultural tourism indus- try sustainable development, etc. Eventually, the sustainable development of cultural tourism industry in Henan Province will be promoted.
