摘要
模块化建筑是建筑得工业化发展的必由之路。这种建造技术在国外发展了很多年,在低、多层建筑中被广泛应用,但是在高层建筑中用得较少。本文阐述了模块化建筑的发展现状,对高层模块化建筑的主要几种结构体系做了介绍,总结了高层模块化建筑的结构设计要点。最后介绍了其在实际工程中的应用。
Modular building is a promising way for the development of architectural industrializa- tion. This building technique has been developed for many years abroad and been widely used in multi- rise buildings, but less used in high-rise buildings. This paper introduced the major structural systems for high-rise modular buildings and some key points in structure design. Then some engineering cases were given in the paper.
