摘要
以某氯碱企业为研究对象,通过查阅企业相关资料及现场调查,对该企业二次冷凝水、氯乙烯循环水系统及PVC离心母液水等废水处理现状进行系统分析,提出了一系列废水回用技术改造方案,包括二次冷凝水回用为纯水,清净下水回用为热电冷却塔补水,氯乙烯冷却水改为敞开式循环水系统,PVC离心母液水生化处理回用,乙炔装置废次氯酸钠溶液、中和塔及升压机废水回用等。预计项目改造后每年可产生直接经济效益约858万元。通过废水回用技术改造,不但可以减少生产废水排放、减轻企业用水压力、促进企业发展,还可减缓废水对生产设备的腐蚀,促进氯碱企业科学、高效、可持续发展。
With a chlor-alkali manufacturing enterprise as the research object, the treatment situation of the secondary condensate wa- ter, vinyl chloride circulating water system and PVC centrifugal mother liquid water is systematically analyzed by consulting related data and performing field investigation. A series of technical transformation projects are put forward for water recycling, including secondary conden- sate recycled as pure water, pure sewer reused as replenishing water for thermoelectric cooling tower, vinyl chloride changed to open type cooling water circulating system, PVC centrifugal mother liquid water reused by biochemical treatment, and reuse scheme of acetylene plant waste sodium hypochlorite solution, neutralizer towers and booster wastewater. Direct economic benefits with 8.58 million Yuan per year can be expected with the transformation projects. It will not only reduce emissions of waste water and lower the pressures of water usage in the enterprise, but also promote enterprise' s development through water saving techniques. It will also slow down the corrosion rate of production equipment by waste water, and promote the scientific, efficient and sustainable development of chlor-alkali industry.
