为增强食品安全监管工作的针对性和有效性,防控和消除安全隐患,对现有乳制品安全风险监测预警模型进行改进,并通过在乳制品安全监测平台中加入改进后的预警模块完成乳制品安全风险预警平台的搭建。该平台可以实时分析乳制品企业上报数据并及时发现和处理潜在的风险,从而大大提高了乳制品安全监管水平。

To strengthen the pertinence and effectiveness of food security supervision and pre- vent and eliminate the security risks, the dairy security risk monitoring and early warning plat- form is rebuilt by joining the improved early warning module in the existing security risk mo- nitoring platform of dairy products. The platform can be used to analyze the data submitted by dairy enterprises in real time, find and deal with the potential risks in time. Thus,the supervi- sion of dairy products can be improved greatly.
