摘要
针对小型深腔薄壁、多腔结构体复合材料制品难以成型,脱模困难等问题,实验探索硅橡胶热膨胀成型工艺。通过试验,摸索出适合生产加工条件的工艺间隙公式。比较了不同工艺间隙制备出试片的力学性能。而且制备出小型壳体产品,为热膨胀成型工艺在复合材料结构方面的制造提供了实验数据。
In order to solve the difficulties in moulding and demoulding of composite small-wall deep-walled and multi-cavity structure, the thermal expansion molding process of silicone rub- ber was explored in this study. Through the test, the process gap formula which suitable for production and processing is given. The mechanical properties of test piece with different process gaps were compared. And a small shell product was also made to provide experimen- tal data in the manufacture of composite products using thermal expansion molding process.
