摘要
伴随家长对早期教育的日益重视,早期教育机构近年来也如雨后春笋般迅速扩张。基于兰州市早教机构发展的现状和问题,提出通过建立健全早教师资入职标准;提高师资专业化水平;构建专家、教师参与模式,为早教实践提供理论支持;加强政府督导与评价,保障幼儿及家长利益;构建早教社会共同体,多方联动发挥作用等措施促进早教机构良性发展。
Early education institutions are springing up in recent years with parents increasing attention to them. Based on the status and problems of the institutions in Lanzhou city, the paper proposes establishing entry standards of early education teachers, improving their proficiency and constructing an experts and teachers participation pattern to provide theoretical support for the practice of early education. Measures to promote a healthy development of early childhood institutions by reinforcing supervision and evaluation of the government, protecting interests of children and their parents and constructing early childhood social community are put forward.
