摘要 培养工程创新人才是支撑和保障我国实现制造强国战略目标的一项重要举措。实践教学缺失是当前工程创新人才培养面临的突出问题。"西门子杯"中国智能制造挑战赛具有清晰明确的培养目标、科学多元的培养路径、高效仿真的培养方法、系统全面的培养支撑等特点,是高校加强实践教学,推进工程教育,实现工程创新人才培养的一种实践和探索。高校应从加强组织领导,健全保障激励机制,搭建实训平台以及构建实施"学、赛、研"一体的培养方案,推进中国智能制造挑战赛发展和实践,助力工程创新人才的培养。 Training innovative talent is one way to support and secure the implementation of the strategic target of China's manufacturing power, yet the prominent problem concerned is the lack of practical teaching. China Intelligent Manufacturing Challenge, characterized by specific training objective, scientific and diverse training ways, efficient and realistic training measures and systematic overall training support, is the practice and exploration that helps the college to reinforce practical teaching, advance engineering education, and realize the successful training of innovative engineering talents. The college should reinforce organization, perfect the security and incentive policy, set up training platform, build and implement the training plan of "studing, competing and researching" to promote the development and practice of China Intelligent Manufacturing Challenge in order to boost the training of innovative engineering talents.
