电子通信设备制造业创新管理模式研究

Research on innovation management mode of electronic communication equipment manufacturing industry

随着经济社会的快速发展,我国电子通信设备制造业取得了显著的突破。目前我国电子设备高端产品的研发能力还比较弱,在国际上的地位还有待提高。加强企业的创新管理,提高电子设备制造业整体国际竞争力是业内人士所面临的重要问题。文章通过阐述我国电子通信设备制造业的发展现状,分析了电子通信设备制造业在发展中存在的问题与不足,针对如何加强企业创新管理给出了合理化建议。

With the rapid development of economy and society, electronic communication equipment manufacturing industry in China has made significant breakthrough. Currently, theR ＆ D capability of China＇s electronic equipment high-end products is relatively weak, and its international status needs to be improved. It is an important problem faced by people in the industry to strengthen the innovation of management of enterprises, improve the overall international competitiveness of electronic equipment manufacturing industry. Through claiming the development status of electronic communications equipment manufacturing industry in China, the paper analyzes problems and shortcomings existing in the development of electronic communication equipment manufacturing problems, and gives reasonable suggestions on strengthening the enterprise innovation management.
