摘要
文章介绍了一种增益为30 dB的低噪声无线传输系统低噪声放大器设计方法。根据设计指标,应用安捷伦ADS仿真软件对低噪声放大器的参数进行仿真分析,然后进行放大器输入输出阻抗匹配,在优化放大器的增益和噪声系数后,完成电路设计,同时文章还给出PCB板的设计结果。测试表明,该法设计的低噪声放大器完全达到设计指标。
This paper introduces a design method of low noise amplifier gain low noise wireless transmission system of 30 dB. Agilent ADS simulation software is used to simulate and analyze the S parameters of LNA, then input and output impedance matching the amplifier input and output impedance matching is carried out, after optimizing the gain and noise fgure of the amplifier, circuit design is completed. At the same time, the article also gives the design results of PCB board. The test shows that low noise amplifier designed in this way fully meets the design index.
