摘要
火工品有很多属于电流触发型器件,阻值一般小于10Ω,其阻值大小都有一个标准值,在标准值的误差范围以外,表明火工品出现故障不可使用。在火工品安装和使用前须对其阻值进行测量,测量电流不可超过安全电流,否则会引起误触发。文章设计的阻值测量方法可以将测量电流控制在安全电流范围以内,通过恒流源电路、放大电路和电流监控电路的设计,可以高精度、高可靠性地测量出火工品的阻值。
A lot of initiating explosive devices belong to current controlled devices, the resistance of which are generally less than 10 ohms, and have a standard value. The initiating explosive devices can not be used if it is found that the resistance is out of its error range. We should measure its resistance before its installation and use. It is important that the test current can not go beyond its safe current, otherwise it will cause false triggering. The resistance measurement method designed in this paper can control the measuring current within the safe current range, and through the design of constant current source circuit, amplifying circuit and current monitoring circuit, it can measure the resistance of initiating explosive devices with high accuracy and reliability.
