当代大学生就业问题探究——以福建水利电力职业技术学院为例

The Contemporary College Students' Employment Problem——Taking Fujian College of Water Conservancy and Electric Power as an example

当代大学生是个充满活力、富于创造的群体,是未来乃至更长时间社会主义建设的主力军,大学毕业生的就业问题不但关乎千家万户的切身利益,也关系到国家的建设和社会的稳定发展。通过对福建水利电力职业技术学院毕业生的跟踪调查及对毕业生就业单位回访的数据分析,找出当代大学生就业中存在的问题,并提出合理化建议。

The contemporary college students is a group full of vitality and creativity, is the main force of the socialist construction in the future or a longer time. The employment problem of college graduates is not only related to the vital interests of families, but also related to national construction and social stability and development. Through the follow - up researches of the college graduates of Fujian College of Water Con- servancy and Electric Power and the analysis of the data of the return visits of their employment units, this article finds out the problems existing in the employment of the contemporary college students, and put for- ward some reasonable suggestions.
