连铸保护渣中氟化物引起的污染及防污对策 被引量:3

摘要 氟化物是为了改善连铸保护渣的性能而加入的助熔剂,氟化物的加入可以降低保护渣的粘度和熔化温度,改善结晶性能以满足生产要求,氟化物的逸出造成环境污染;同时二冷水酸化造成连铸设备腐蚀。介绍氟化物对保护渣的作用及测定方法,分析了氟化物的逸出和设备腐蚀原理,针对氟化物引起的环境污染提出了治理建议。 Fluoride is a flux agent which is added to improve the properties of continuous casting mould flux. The addition of fluoride can reduce the viscosity, reduce the melting temperature and improve the crystallinity of mould flux. The escape of fluoride causes the environmental pollution; at the same time, the secondary cooling water acidification corrodes the continuous casting equipment. This paper introduces the function of fluoride on the mold fluxes and its measuring method, analyzes the escape of fluoride and equip- ment corrosion principle, and suggestions are put forward in view of the environmental pollution caused by fluoride.
