航海专业学生英语口语能力评估方法研究

Research on the Assessment Methods of Students' Maritime Spoken English Ability

STCW78/10公约马尼拉修正案更加重视船员的英语应用能力和交流沟通能力。因此,建立一套有效的口语能力评估体系显得尤为重要。本文结合我国目前航海专业英语口语考试的形式,分析了海事局口语评估和任课老师面对面口语测试的优缺点,提出了提高英语口语测试效果的一些建议。

STCW Convention pays more attention to crew＇s communication ability and English application a- bility. Therefore, it becomes more important to establish an efficient spoken English ability assessment sys- tem. In combination with present methods of spoken English testing and assessment, this article analyzes advantages and disadvantages of MSAS spoken English assessment and teacher＇s face -to- face test, and puts forward some suggestions on how to improve the efficiency of spoken English test.
