针对目前高职班级管理单纯依赖行政和制度层面管理,出现管理难、难管理的状况,试从礼仪文化视角,探讨如何突破单一管理模式,实现高职班级管理由他律走向自律,提高高职班级管理实效。

In view of the current class management in higher vocational colleges relying solely on administrative and institutional management, and the situation of management difficulty and difficult to manage, the paper from the perspective of etiquette culture, tries to discuss how to break through the single mode of management, realize higher vocational class management from heteronomy to self-discipline and improve its management effectiveness.
