摘要
针对民办高职院校发展上普遍存在浮躁、急功近利、一夜成名等教学育人伦理困境问题,分析学校教学管理与质量评价的伦理困境相关性,阐释消解教学管理与质量评价的伦理困境是实现学校持续发展的内在要求。以广东岭南职业技术学院为例,阐述其在创新教学管理与质量评价中消解教学育人的伦理困境,培养高端技术技能型创新人才的成功实践。
According to the educational ethical dilemma problems existing in private higher vocational colleges, such as impetuous, quick success and wanting to become famous overnight, etc., the correlation of ethical dilemma in teaching management and quality evaluation is analyzed. The paper explains that clearing up the ethical dilemma of teaching management and quality evaluation is the inherent requirement to realize sustainable development of the colleges. Taking Guangdong Lingnan Institute of Technology as an example, this paper expounds the successful practice of the innovation of teaching management and quality evaluation to clear up teaching and education ethical dilemma in order to cultivate high technical and skilled innovative talents.
