Value Orientation of Marx's Political Identity Theory and Its Contemporary Value

作为政治认同的方法论,马克思主义政治认同强调民众政治认同之根基,并将"民众问题"界定为新的研究问题域。在马克思主义政治认同理论域,正义为其核心价值维度。在经济体制转轨与社会制度转型的时代背景下,马克思政治认同理论已成时代价值标杆。为此,对于我国当下社会建设,应强调改善民生,以民众的利益诉求与价值满足为归依,夯实民众政治认同之根基;应关切社会不平等之现象域问题,维系社会之正义,体现政治认同的题中之义;应坚持"以用为本,按需引进"的人才引进原则和"既能重视成功,更能宽容失败"的人才运用理念,构建创新人才培育、发展与运用机制,促进社会个体发展与经济建设的协同共进。

As a methodology of political identity, Marxist political identity theory emphasizes the foundation of people＇ s political identity and defines ＂people＇s problem＂ as a new research problem domain. In the theoretical field of Marxist political identity, justice is its core value. Along with the transition of economic system and social system, Marx＇s politi- cal identity theory has become the benchmark of the time. Under the background of the current social construction in China, we should emphasize the improvement of people＇s livelihood, meet the demand of the interests and the value of people, and consolidate people＇s political identity. Meanwhile, we should pay attention to the phenomenon of social in- equality, so as to defend social justice and reflect the meaning of political identity. We should also insist on the talent introduction principle of ＂practical-oriented＂ and the principle of ＂paying equal attention to success and tolerance of fail- ure, build the mechanisms of cultivating, developing and using innovative talents to promote integration of social individual development and economic construction.
