张謇职业教育实践对发展应用型本科教育的启示

Enlightenment of Zhang Jian's Vocational Education Practice to the Development of Applied Undergraduate Education

张謇以就业为导向、满足大众化职业教育需求的民本观,立足区域经济、着眼地方建设和行业需求的务实观,是他成功构建江苏早期职业教育体系所总结出来的基本理念与智慧结晶。文章紧踪我国现代职业教育发展之趋势,关注应用型高职教育转型与应用型专业人才培养的社会热点,从理论上重新阐释和解读张謇职教思想与实践对发展应用型本科教育的启示。

Zhang Jian basic concept, based on the construction of early vocational education system in Jiangsu Province, lies in human-oriented view and pragmatic view which is ignored in current national education system. Human- oriented view is employment-oriented and meets the needs of public vocational education. Pragmatic view is based on re- gional economy and focuses on local construction as well as industry requirements. This study focuses on the trend of modern vocational education development in China and pays close attention to application-oriented higher vocational educa- tion transformation and cultivation of applied professional talents. The study reinterprets how Zhang Jian＇s ideas and prac- tice of vocational education enlightens development of applied undergraduate education.
