摘要
目的评估中医体质学在乳腺癌防治中的应用价值。方法以2010年1月12日就诊于中国中医科学院广安门医院的1例乳腺癌患者为典型病例，辨证为气虚血瘀证，辨体为气虚和血瘀相兼体质，施以益气活血散结治疗，给予中药水煎剂每日一剂早晚分服。治疗复诊期间观察患者病症、胸部CT及舌象变化，并结合相关文献资料展开探讨。结果经诊治后患者诸症均较前减轻，舌象由苔厚暗紫变为淡苔薄白，一般状况可，肺部结节消失，复查无复发征象，无病生存已7年。文献资料也反映了中医体质学在乳腺癌防治中的积极作用。结论中医体质学在乳腺癌的临床防治中有一定积极意义。
Objective To assess the value of body constitution theory of traditional Chinese medicine in prevention and treatment of breast cancer. Methods One patient with breast cancer （Qi deficiency and blood stasis syndrome） who visited Guang＇anmen Hospital, China Academy of Chinese Medical Sciences in January 12, 2010 was included as a typical case. The patient was treated with Yiqi Huoxue decoction for supplementing Qi and activating blood circulation. Clinical symptoms, chest CT and tongue pictures were observed. The application value of traditional Chinese body constitution theory in breast cancer was discussed in combination with literatures. Results Clinical syndromes were alleviated after treatment; the tongue changed from thick coating and dark purple to thin coating and slight white; lung nodules disappeared; general condition of patient had no signs of recurrence. The patient survived for 7 years. Conclusion Body constitution theory of traditional Chinese medicine has a positive significance in prevention and treatment of breast cancer.
