以辽宁省高速公路建设推行施工标准化为研究对象,突出辽宁特色,从制度体系、指南编制、培训教育、技术应用、效益分析等多个角度,系统阐述了辽宁省在推进高速公路施工标准化过程中采取的一系列现代化管理手段和先进技术,为今后国内高速公路建设管理提供参考。

Taking the construction standardization for pushing the construction of expressways in Liaoning province as the research object and stressing on features of Liaoning province, a series of modern management means and advanced technologies that are adopted during the procedure of pushing the construction standardization of expressways in Liaoning province are elaborated systematically from some aspects like institutional system, guideline compilation, training education, technology application, benefit analysis and so on, so as to provide reference for the construction management of domestic expressways in the future.
