摘要
目的探讨导管相关性尿路感染的护理效果。方法回顾性分析本院2015年3月~2016年3月收治的86例导管相关性感染患者的护理。结果当确诊为有症状的导管相关感染后,应进行药物治疗和相关的护理。在取尿样培养前及应用抗菌药物治疗前需更换导管或移除导管。结论及时用药物治疗和加强尿路护理,尽早拔管,同时根据患者依从性和其它具体情况,可以有效控制尿路感染。
Objective To investigate the nursing care of catheter - related urinary tract infections. Methods The study used a retrospectiveanalysis to analyse the nursing care of 86 patients with catheter- related urinary tract infections ,these people was admitted in March 2015 toMarch 2016 in our hospital. Results When the patient was diagnosed with symptomatic catheter -related urinary tract infection, the medica-tion and related care shouId be performed, and the urinary catheter should be changed or removed before taking a urine sample or applying an-tibiotics. Conclusion Timely treatment with drugs and strengthening urinary tract care, extubation as soon as possible, meanwhile, accordingto the patients compliance and conditions, can control urinary tract infection effectively.
