“自我效能加油站”对肺癌患者希望水平和负性情绪的影响

Effect of "self-efficacy gas station" on the hope level and negative emotion in lung cancer patients

目的探究"自我效能加油站"对肺癌患者希望水平和负性情绪的影响。方法选取我院收治的肺癌患者92例作为研究对象,选取2015年7至12月符合纳入条件的42例患者作为对照组,选取2016年1至6月符合相同条件的化疗患者50例作为试验组;入院时记录患者一般资料,建立治疗档案;入院后对照组采用肿瘤化疗常规护理措施,试验组患者进入"自我效能加油站",采用化疗常规护理+自我效能增强措施进行干预。分别于入院时、实施干预后第3个化疗周期结束时,应用希望水平调查表、负性情绪调查表、满意度调查表干预后效果调查。结果干预后试验组与对照组的希望水平评分分别为(43.6±3.2,36.5±5.1,试验组高于对照组,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05);干预后试验组与对照组的抑郁自评量表(SDS)评分分别为33±3,58±4,试验组低于对照组,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05);干预后试验组与对照组焦虑自评量表(SAS)评分分别为33±3,56±5,试验组低于对照组,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05);干预后试验组与对照组的总满意度分别为92%、76%,试验组高于对照组,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。结论 "自我效能加油站"能够提高肺癌患者的希望水平和满意度,降低负性情绪的影响,护理效果良好,值得推广。

Objective To explore the effect of ＂self-efficacy gas station＂ on the level of hope and negative emotion in lung cancer patients.Methods Ninty-two lung cancer cases in our hospital were selected as the research subjects, 42 patients met the inclusion criteria from July 2015 to December 2015 were selected as control group, and 50 patients met the same inclusion criteria from January 2016 to June 2016 were selected as experimental group.The general information on admission of patients was recorded, and the management files were established.After admission, the patients in control group were given the routine chemotherapy nursing measures, the patients in experimental group came into＂self-efficacy gas station＂, and were given routine chemotherapy nursing＋enhanced self-efficacy intervention.At the admission and the end of the third chemotherapy cycles, the hope level questionnaire, the negative emotion questionnaire and the satisfaction questionnaire was used to evaluate the prognosis of the patients.Results After the intervention, the hope level scores in experimental group and control group were （43.6±3.2 and 36.5 ± 5.1）, respectively.The score in experimental group was higher than that of the control group, the difference was statistically significant （P〈0.05）;the SDS score in experimental group and control group were （33±3 and 58±4）, respectively.The score in experimental group was lower than that of the control group, the difference was statistically significant （P〈0.05）;the total satisfaction of the experimental group and control group were 92% and 76%, the total satisfaction in experimental group was higher than that of the control group, the difference was statistically significant （P〈0.05）.Conclusion ＂Self-efficacy gas station＂ can improve the level of hope and satisfaction, and reduce the impact of negative emotions in lung cancer patients, the nursing effect is better and it is worth promoting.
