摘要
目的研究宝石能谱CT检查在对心源性肺水肿的诊断和治疗效果评估方面发挥的应用价值。方法抽取2014年4月至2016年4月来我院进行检查确诊为心力衰竭的患者100例,并根据随机数字表对照法将其分为试验组50例和对照组50例。试验组患者分别于治疗前和治疗后接受胸部宝石能谱CT检查,而对照组则仅在治疗前接受肺动脉漂浮导管检查。试验过程中,首先于实验前对比分析上述2种检查方案对诊断心源性肺水肿所发挥的价值;其次通过对比患者治疗前后宝石能谱CT征象,分析其在评估心源性肺水肿治疗效果方面发挥的作用。结果试验组通过宝石能谱CT诊断出心源性肺水肿患者43例,对照组对应诊断出患者41例,差异无统计学意义(P>0.05);分析患者治疗前后的宝石能谱CT,发现治疗后患者在支气管血管束增粗、胸膜下线及小叶间隔增厚等临床表现上均有不同程度的改善,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。结论宝石能谱CT可以作为诊断心源性肺水肿的检查方法之一,并可将其应用于心源性肺水肿的治疗效果评估,值得广泛推广。
Objective To study the value of gemstones spectral CT in the diagnosis and treatment of cardio- genic pulmonary edema. Methods A total of 100 persons who met the inclusion criteria were selected from April 2014 to April 2016, and were divided into two groups, 50 persons in each group. Patients in the experimental group received chest radiography before and after treatment, while the control group received only pulmonary ar- tery floating catheter before treatment. During the test, the value of the above two kinds of examination programs in the diagnosis of cardiogenic pulmonary edema before the experiment was analyzed firstly. Secondly, the CT signs of gemstones before and after the treatment was compared, and the effect of the treatment of cardiogenic pul- monary edema was analyzed. Results First, in the experimental group, 43 patients with cardiogenic pulmonary e- dema were diagnosed by Gemstones Spectrum CT and 41 patients were diagnosed in the control group, and there was no significant difference between the two groups ( P 〉0.05). Second,after treatment, the clinical data of pa- tients with bronchovascular thickening, pleural line and thickening of interlobular septa were all improved in dif- ferent degrees, and the difference was statistically significant ( P 〈0.05). Conclusion Gemstone energy spectrum CT can be used as one of the methods for the diagnosis of cardiogenic pulmonary edema, and it can be applied to the evaluation of therapeutic effect of cardiogenic pulmonary edema.
