摘要
《南方有令秧》是对女性缄默历史的一次重返。小说首先以丈夫的死亡赋予令秧言说自我的可能性,再借助于对秩序话语的利用与播弄,使令秧宣扬了节烈之名。令秧言说的实现是因为节烈本身所具有的秩序合法性,而对节烈的宣扬也造成了令秧对秩序的规训的自杀性内化。因此,小说只能突兀地转向性与身体抵达令秧生命的自由与完满,而这一转向恰恰意味着超越的最终失效。
A Story of Ling Yang in South China, a return to the history of female silence, starts ,with providing Ling Yang with the possibility of self-narration by virtue of her husband' s death and proceeds to make Ling Yang publicize her fame of a female in readiness to die for preserving her chastity by means of using and manipulating the order discourse. The realization of Ling Yang' s discourse is resultant from the order legitimacy of the act of readiness to die for preserving chastity itself; while the publicity of such an act has also led to Ling Yang' s suicidal internalization of the discipline of order. Therefore, the novel has to abruptly pursue the freedom and completion of Ling Ynag' s life by resorting to sex and body, thus having given rise to the ultimate failure in its transcendence.
