miRNA-221、miRNA-622、miRNA-649在缺血性脑卒中患者外周血中的表达及意义 被引量:7

摘要 目的探讨外周血miRNA-221、miRNA-622、miRNA-649表达水平和缺血性脑卒中发生的关联性。方法选择2015年10月至2016年7月来医院治疗的新发缺血性脑卒中患者50例做为病例研究组,选择同时间段同区域在健康卫生服务中心做体检的35例健康人群做为健康对照组,对比分析2组成员一般资料、血常规和生化指标。并对相关因素Logistic回归分析。结果研究结果显示,2组成员的高血压史、糖尿病史、心脏病史方面差异有统计学意义,病例研究组的HDL-C低于健康对照组,GLU、MPV、PDW高于健康对照组,PCT低于健康对照组,病例研究组在miRNA-221、miRNA-622的表达低于健康对照组,在miRNA-649的表达高于健康对照组(P<0.05),差异有统计学意义。以健康对照组中miRNA相对表达量的中位数对各变量进行赋值,并采取多因素回归分析,结果显示,低表达量的miRNA-221、miRNA-622和高表达量的miRNA-649与缺血性脑卒中的发生有显著关联。结论 miRNA-221、miRNA-622和miRNA-649的表达水平与缺血性脑卒中的发生有显著关联,有望作为缺血性脑卒中的生物标志物。 Objective To investigate the relationship between the expression levels of miRNA-221, miRNA-622 and miRNA-649 in peripheral blood and the occurrence of ischemic stroke. Methods From October 2015 to July 2016, 50 patients with new onset ischemic stroke were treated in our hospital as study group, 35 peoplegot physi- cal check-up in the health service center as healthy control group. The general information, blood routine and bio- chemical indexes of the two groups were analyzed. The related factors were conducted logistic regression analysis. Results The results showed that there were statistically significant differences in the members of the history of hy- pertension and diabetes, heart disease between the two groups, the levels of HDL-C in the experimental group were lower than that of the healthy control group, but the levels of GLU, MPV, PDW higher than that of the healthy control group, PCT was lower than that of the healthy control group, the expression of miRNA-221 and miRNA-622 in the patients of the experimental group were lower than that of the healthy control group but the ex- pression of miRNA-649 of the experimental group were higher than that of healthy control group ( P〈0. 05), the difference was statistically significant. In the healthy control group, the relative expression of miRNA in the median of the variables were assigned, and a multi factor retrospective analysis, the results show that low expression of miRNA-221, miRNA-622 and high expression of miRNA-649 were significantly associated with the oc- currence of ischemic stroke. Conclusion the expression levels of miRNA-221, miRNA-622 and miRNA-649 were significantly correlated with the occurrence of ischemic stroke, which may be used as biomarkers for ischemic stroke.
