关于河北省中医院中药饮片质量第三方检测需求调查研究

Survey on the third-party inspection demand about traditional Chinese medicine quality in traditional Chinese medicine hospital of Hebei province

目的考察评价中医院对第三方检测机构介入中药材市场的需求,为京津冀中药材协同发展做好前期调研工作。方法通过网上问卷方式,对河北省27家涉及中药质量检验的医院工作人员开展调查,分析第三方检测在医院中药材质量检验中的信誉度、需求度和市场前景。结果部分医院对于中药饮片的质量控制方面缺乏相关质量保证手段,急需有公信力的第三方检测体系介入。同时,中药饮片的质量检测环节多,质量不易控制,第三方检测机构想要在医院中药检验中取得良好的公信力,有待于提高检测技术和能力,并获得相关认证。结论第三方检测在医院购进中药饮片过程中提供质量保证的需求前景巨大,但是第三方检测机构公信力相对薄弱,急需改进提高。

Objective To explore the public credibility and demands of the third- party inspection of hospitals and prepare for the preliminary research on the coordinated development of Beijing, Tianjin and Hebei province. Methods Questionnaires were sent to the medical workers of 18 hospitals of Hebei province concerned Traditional Chinese medicine inspection for investigation through online, and the credibility, demands and market prospects of third-party inspection used in the hospitals were analyzed. Results Some hospitals needed the intervention of third-party inspection urgently, for lack of quality control of Chinese medicinal materials detection of hospital pharmacy. At the same time, the third-party inspection agency must improve the technology and obtain the relevant certification if they wanted to get a good credibility in the hospitals, because the complicated inspection items and uncontrollable quality of Chinese medicinal materials. Conclusion The third-party testing has great demand prospects in the quality assurance of Chinese medicinal materials detection in hospital pharmacy, moreover, it still needs to improve the technology and qualifications for feeble credibility.
