保定市外来务工女性主观幸福感及影响因素研究

Analysis on subjective well-being and its influencing factors among migrant female workers in Baoding

目的了解保定市外来务工女性主观幸福感现状及其影响因素。方法采用中国城市居民主观幸福感量表简本(SWBS-CC20)对384名保定市外来务工女性进行调查。结果共发放问卷405份,回收有效问卷384份,有效回收率为94.81%。保定市外来务工人员主观幸福感整体得分为70.76±9.56,其中发展体验得分最低(6.79±1.19),其次是满足体验(7.18±1.09),健康体验(7.21±1.11)得分最高。因素分析表明,主观幸福感受到文化程度、户籍所在地、是否参加医疗保险的影响,未发现与婚姻状况、人均月收入、每天工作时间有关。结论文化程度较低、户籍在外地以及没有参加医疗保险流动妇女,主观幸福感较差,应为干预的重点人群。

Objective To study the status of subjective well-being and its infl ng factors in migrant female workers in Baoding. Methods 384 migrant female workers in Baoding were randomly chosen to evaluate with self-designed questionnaire and subjective well-being scale for Chinese citizen （SWBS-CC20）. Results 405 questionnaires were distributed, and 384 were returned. Valid returned rate was 94. 81%. The total score was 70. 76＋9.56, with the lowest scoring item, development experience （6.79±1. 19） , following content experience （6.79±1. 19）, and the highest score, the health experience （7.21±1. 11）. The results showed that there were significant difference among the scores of the SWBS-CC associated with their educational levels, place indivi of domicile, and whether there was insurance or not, dual income, and daily working timespan. Conclusion while not related to marriage conditions, monthly Those migrant female workers with lower education level, non-local domicile, and with no medical insurance, have a worse status of subjective well-being, therefore they should be taken great concern.
