持续加温式湿化器用于脱机后人工气道湿化的效果研究 被引量:2

摘要 目的探讨持续加温式湿化器在脱机后人工气道湿化中的应用效果。方法选取120例脱机后仍需保留人工气道患者,随机分为实验组(持续加温式湿化器湿化脱机后人工气道湿化法)和对照组(微量泵持续泵入无菌注射用水湿化法)各60例,观察2组气道湿化的效果。结果实验组气道湿化效果优于对照组,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。结论持续加温式湿化器湿化脱机后人工气道湿化法效果优于微量泵持续泵入无菌注射用水湿化脱机后人工气道湿化法,具有有效减少并发症,操作简单,安全可靠,明显改善患者舒适度,并可减少护理工作量等优点。 Objective To investigate the application effects of continuous heating humidifier with artificial airway humidification after weaning. Methods 120 patients who remained on the artificial airway after weaning were randomly divided into experimental group ( continuous heating type of wetting of wetting offline after artificial air-way moist method) and the control group ( trace continues to pump into the sterile water for injection of wetting method) (each 60 cases), the effects of the two groups of airwaymoist were observed. Results The effects of airway humidification in the experimental group was better than that in the control group, and the difference was significant (P〈0. 05). Conclusion The effects of artificial airway humidification method after humidification of continuous heating humidifier is superior to that of continuous artificial airway humidification after micro pump continuous injection of sterile water for injection, the utility model has the advantages of effective reduction of complications, simple operation, safe and reliability, which can significantly improve patients' comfort, and decrease the nursing workload.
