酸枣仁、酸枣叶化学成分与药理作用研究进展 被引量:7

摘要 对宁心安神之要药酸枣仁进行文献研究,通过对已有研究的分析和总结,把握目前酸枣仁的研究方向、深度和广度,为后续的药学研究工作提供理论依据。同时,对酸枣叶的研究文献进行了梳理,通过与酸枣仁的对比分析来探明二者之间的共性与差异,并探讨酸枣叶替代酸枣仁入药的可行性。本文按照研究方向的不同,归纳总结成六个部分,分别为化学成分、药理研究、临床应用、含量测定方法、提取技术与炮制加工。酸枣仁中化学成分丰富,已探明的具有生理活性的成分为黄酮类、皂苷类、生物碱类、脂肪油等,酸枣叶中亦含有这些化学成分,由于二者为同一植株的不同部位入药,因此,同出一源而导致的某些化学成分一致是可以被预计的。但是酸枣仁与酸枣叶不能相互代替使用。酸枣叶具有的宁心安神作用虽然不及枣仁显著,但作为酸枣仁栽培种植的副产品,仍具有很好的临床功效,因此,其具有进一步被研究和开发的商业价值。 This paper is mainly focused on the analysis and summarization of the existing research results of the Semen Ziziphi Spinosae. In order to grasp the current research direction, depth and breadth of the Semen Ziziphi Spinosae and providethe theoretical basis for the subsequent pharmacy research work, we carried out the literature combing and sorting. At the same time, the research conferences of Folium Ziziphi Spinosae were alsosorted out. The commonalities and differences between the two medicinal parts were provided by comparison. Besides, the feasibility of leaves instead ofseeds was explored and discussed. The paperwere collected and di- vided into six parts according to the different research directions, namely, chemical composition, pharmacological research, clinical application, content determination method, extraction technology and processing respectively. The seeds were rich in various chemical compositions such as flavonoids, saponins, alkaloids and fatty oil. The leaves also contained of these chemical ingredients owing to the same gene origin. Since these two medicinal parts were from the same plants that the same chemical composition of these two parts could be expected Buttheusage of the seeds can't be replaced by the leaves. Although the clinical efficacy of jujube leaves is wea- ker than the seeds, it still has a good clinical effect and as a kind of byproduct of Ziziphus jujuba cultivation, it should be deserved to explore and possess the commercial value of further research and development.
