医学教育改革中若干现象与问题的思考

Discussion on some phenomenaand problems in medical education reform

选择当前医学教育改革中医学人文教育、临床操作技能培养、知识掌握等3个话题,对目前教育改革过程存在的或在改革过程中可能出现的关键问题与重要现象进行简要的分析、反思,提出应对策略。以期,避免医学教育改革过程中"失误难免、矫枉过正"的宿命;以求,笃思慎行,切实提升医学人才培养质量与品质。

Three topics in current medical education reform-medical humanistic education, training of clinical skills, and command of knowledge are briefly analyzed, some key problems and important phenomena in the process of current medical educational reform and some strategies to deal with them are explored. The purpose is to avoid the tendency of inevitable errors, and overcorrecting, so as to improve the quality of medical personnel training cautiously and practically.
