摘要 目的建立同时测定消乳散中甘草苷、橙皮苷和甘草酸铵含量的HPLC法。方法色谱柱为XP Urisil C18(250 mm×4.6 mm,5μm)柱;流动相为乙腈-体积分数为0.1%的磷酸水溶液,梯度洗脱;流速为1.0 m L·min-1;检测波长为237 nm;柱温为35℃。结果甘草苷、橙皮苷和甘草酸铵分别在质量浓度5.20~31.2 mg·L^(-1)、30.0~180 mg·L^(-1)和5.20~31.2 mg·L^(-1)内与峰面积呈良好的线性关系,相关系数r分别为0.999 5、0.999 8和0.999 1,平均回收率分别为99.1%、99.3%和99.2%,RSD分别为1.1%、1.6%和1.3%(n=6)。结论本方法可作为消乳散的质量控制方法。 Objective To establish a method for simultaneous determining the content of liquiritin and hesperidin and ammonium glycyrrhetate in Xiaorusan. Methods The separation was performed on a XP Urisil C18 column(250 mm×4.6 mm,5μm), with acetonitrile -0.1% phosphoric acid water as mobile phase with gradient elution at flow rate of 1.0 mL. min-1. The column temperature was set at 35 ℃ and detection wavelength was 237 nm. Results The calibration curves were linear within the range of 5.20 - 31.2 mg. L - ( r = 0. 999 5 ), 30.0 - 180 mg. L - 1 ( r = 0. 999 8 ) and 5.20 - 31.2 mg. L - 1 ( r = 0. 999 1 ), for liquiritin, hesperidin and ammonium glycyrrhetate respectively. The average recovery rate was 99. 1% ,99.3% and 99.2% ( n = 6) and the RSD were 1.1%, 1.6% and 1.3%. Conclusions The method can be used as one of the quality control methods for Xiaorusan.
