摘要
分析了侧墙下部腐蚀的的主要原因,按车体防腐结构设计的原则对侧墙梁柱进行了优化;通过计算及试验,验证了2种侧墙梁柱优化方案的可行性;在对比分析2种方案的优缺点后,提出了方案选用的建议。
The main causes to corrosion in the lower parts of side walls are analyzed,and the side wall beamcolumn is optimized with the principle of corrosion resistant structure design of carbody;Via calculation and test,the feasibility of the two optimization schemes for side wall beam-column is verified;After comparison and analysis of the advantages and shortcomings of the two schemes,suggestions are given in selection of the schemes.
