从材质、受力情况、工艺、理化分析等方面对失效的CRH5型动车组制动夹钳杠杆螺栓进行了分析,通过计算和试验验证,确定了制动夹钳杠杆螺栓失效的根本原因,并提出了有效的预防措施。
The failed bolts for levers of brake calipers on CRH5multiple units are analyzed from such aspects as material,forces,technology,physical and chemical analysis.Via calculation and testing verification,the fundamental cause to failure of the bolts for levers of brake calipers is determined,and the effective prevention measures are given.
