谷氨酸代谢与胶质瘤关系的研究进展 被引量:1

摘要 胶质瘤是颅内最常见的恶性肿瘤,经过几十年相关领域学者的共同努力,人们对胶质瘤的认识不断提高。中枢神经系统中谷氨酸稳态失衡、细胞外谷氨酸浓度升高是参与胶质瘤生长、侵袭过程的重要因素之一,已成为近年来的研究热点。本文通过论述谷氨酸代谢与胶质瘤的关系和相关的治疗进展,为临床胶质瘤药物的研发、临床治疗提供参考信息。
