桑叶黄酮对胰脂肪酶的抑制作用 被引量:10

Inhibitory effect of flavonoids from mulberry leaves on pancreatic lipase

摘要 制备出桑叶黄酮粗提物、乙酸乙酯萃取物和纯化物3种样品,研究了它们对胰脂肪酶的抑制作用及作用类型。结果显示,粗提物、萃取物和纯化物对胰脂肪酶均具有较强的抑制作用,其半数抑制作用浓度(IC_(50))分别是1.94、0.68、1.19 mg/mL;桑叶黄酮萃取物对胰脂肪酶的抑制作用最大,其抑制作用类型为非竞争性抑制,抑制常数为2.6 mg/mL。桑叶黄酮有望作为一种潜在的胰脂肪酶抑制剂应用于降脂减肥产品中。 Three samples of mulberry leaf flavonoids including crude extract, ethyl acetate extract and the purified were prepared, and their inhibitory effects on pancreatic lipase and inhibition type were investigated. The results showed that the crude extract, ethyl acetate extract and the purified could strongly inhibit pancreatic lipase, their 50% inhibitory concentrations (IC50) being 1.94, 0.68, 1.19 mg/ mL, respectively. Ethyl acetate extract exhibited the strongest inhibitory effect on the enzyme among the three samples and its inhibition type was non-competitive one with an inhibition constant of 2.6 mg/mL. Therefore, mulberry leaf flavonoids are expected to be applied in the processing of weight-losing products as a potential inhibitor of pancreatic lipase.
