摘要 在扭转梁式半独立悬架优化设计研究中,实施多学科多目标优化设计,实现扭转梁悬架综合性能的优化。以某乘用车的扭转梁式后悬架为研究对象,基于ADAMS/Car软件建立了扭转梁式半独立悬架刚柔耦合模型,并开展了双轮同向跳动和双轮反向跳动仿真分析,验证了所建模型的准确性;对影响外倾角和前束角变化的相关关键硬点坐标进行了灵敏度分析;在此基础上,运用ISIGHT和ADAMS软件,建立了前束角变化量最小和外倾角变化量最小的多目标优化函数,对悬架进行多学科优化设计。优化结果表明:优化后前束角变化范围减少了0.01°,悬架综合性能得到改善,有利于提高整车的操纵稳定性。 Multidisciplinary and multi-objective optimization design method was applied to the twist beam semi-independent suspension optimization design for improving the comprehensive performance of suspension system. A rigid-flexible coupling model of twist beam semi-independent suspension was established by ADAMS/Car based on a car, and the parallel wheel jump and opposite wheel jump were simulated to verify the accuracy of the model. The sensitivity analysis of the key hard point coordinates which influence the camber angle and toe angle is achieved. On this basis, a multi-objective optimization function was established for minimizing toe angle variation and camber angle variation, and the structure parameters of the suspension were optimized with ISIGHT and ADAMS. Results show that after optimization, the variation range of the toe angle is reduced by 0.01°, suspension performance and steering stability of the car was improved.
