湖北省2009—2015年日本血吸虫血清学检测室间能力验证结果分析 被引量:2

Proficiency ability for Schistosoma japonicum serological test among laboratories in Hubei province,2009-2015

摘要 目的分析湖北省2009—2015年血吸虫血清学检测实验室能力验证(PT)结果及存在问题。方法收集2009—2015年湖北省参控实验室血吸虫血清学间接血凝试验(IHA)法及酶联免疫吸附测定(ELISA)法能力验证数据资料,并用SPSS 17.0软件进行统计分析。结果 2009—2015年IHA共检测了364份样本,阳性、阴性样本的符合率分别为82.5%、86.3%,差异无统计学意义(χ~2=0.993,P>0.05)。ELISA共检测626份样本,阳性、阴性样本的符合率分别为84.4%、92.9%,差异有统计学意义(χ~2=10.636,P=0.001)。2009开展能力验证活动后,IHA法仅2013年较2009年样本符合率提高,差异有统计学意义(χ~2=7.990,P=0.005),而ELISA法样本检测符合率虽较2009年有所提高,但差异均无统计学意义(P>0.008)。结论参控实验室血吸虫血清学检测能力在2009年后有所提高,但因各种因素影响使检测能力仍有较大的提升空间。 Objective To analyze the results of proficiency testing for schistosomiasis serological test among laboratories in Hubei province from 2009 to 2015 and to verify problems in schistosomiasis test. Methods Data on proficiency testing for Schistosoma japonicum serological test with indirect hemagglutination assay (IHA) and enzyme-linked immu- nosorbent assay (ELISA) conducted among laboratories in Hubei province from 2009 to 2015 were collected and ana- lyzed using SPSS 17.0. Results For a total of 364 samples detected with IHA by the laboratories during the 7-year period,the coincidence rate for positive and negative samples were 82. 5% and 86. 3% ,without significant difference in the rate between positive and negative samples (X2 = 0. 993, P 〉 0. 05 ) ; whereas, for the 626 samples tested with ELISA, the coincidence rate of positive samples was significantly lower than that of negative samples ( 84. 4% vs. 92. 9% ) (X2 = 10. 636, P = 0. 001 ). The coincidence rate of IHA test results in 2013 was significantly higher than the rate in 2009 (X2 = 7. 990, P = 0. 005 ), but there was no significant increase in yearly coincidence rate for the test results with ELISA ( P 〉 0. 008). Conclusion There were improvements in proficiency ability for schistosomiasis serological test in laboratories of Hubei province after 2009 but efforts still need to be made in some aspects with possible refinement.
