摘要
温州市中心片污水处理厂采用奥贝尔氧化沟工艺,近年来随着进水碳源浓度的降低,生物脱氮除磷效率也不断下降。结合该厂的实际运行数据,分析了沿程各构筑物对TN、TP的去除效果。由于长期处理低碳源污水,生物段各构筑物的实际运行工况与原设计功能有较大差异。影响脱氮除磷效果的限制因素是碳源不足、预处理段充氧、回流污泥携带硝态氮等。对此可通过控制曝气沉砂池的曝气强度、优化和调整氧化沟的溶解氧浓度、污泥回流比等加以解决。
The Orbal oxidation ditch process was adopted in Wenzhou Central Sewage Treatment Plant. With the decrease of influent carbon source, the efficiency of biological nitrogen and phosphorus removal also decreased in the past few years. Based on the actual operation data of the plant, the removal effect of TN and TP along the process was analyzed. Because of the long-term treatment of sewage with low carbon source, there were large differences between the actual operating conditions of each biological structure and the function of the original design. The limiting factors of nitrogen and phosphorus removal were the low carbon source, the oxygenation of the pretreatment section, and the nitrate nitrogen in return sludge, etc. These problems could be solved by controlling the aeration intensity of aerated grit chamber, optimizing and adjusting dissolved oxygen concentration of oxidation ditch and sludge return ratio, and so on.
