异黄酮衍生物J39136对东莨菪碱致学习记忆障碍模型小鼠的影响 被引量:1

The effect of a novel isoflavonoid derivative J37941 on scopolamine-induced learning and memory deficits in mice

摘要 目的:本文旨在初步探讨具有乙、丁酰胆碱酯酶抑制活性的异黄酮衍生物J39136对小鼠东莨菪碱导致的学习记忆障碍的影响,为该化合物后续研究提供实验依据。方法:采用Morris水迷宫、跳台和避暗3个行为学实验,评价J39136不同剂量对小鼠认知和记忆的作用。结果:化合物J39136各给药组均有减少小鼠在避暗试验中的错误次数的趋势;J39136各剂量组均可显著延长小鼠的跳台潜伏期,减少小鼠的跳台错误次数,缩短小鼠在Morris水迷宫实验中的游泳潜伏期,具有一定的剂量依赖性。结论:化合物J39136能够改善东莨菪碱致学习记忆障碍,值得进行深入开发。 Objective: To investigate the ettect oI compouau J , acetylcholinesterase (ACHE) and butyrylcholinesterase (BuChE) inhibitory activities, on learning and memory impairment induced by scopolamine and to provide data basis for in-depth study of this compound. Methods: Step-down and step-through passive avoidance tests and Morris water maze test were used to evaluate the effect of J39136 on cognitive impairments in mice. Results: J39136administration reversed scopolamine-induced cognitive deficits in the passive avoidance tests, significantly increased step-down latency and reduced step-down error times. The escape latency during training in the Morris water maze test was reduced significantly as well. There is certain correlation between the effect and dose. Conclusion: J39136 can ameliorate cognitive deficits induced by scopolamine and it deserves further study.
