摘要
两脚架是轻机枪的重要部件之一,是影响轻机枪射击稳定性的重要因素,设计一副轻便、展开迅速、火线高度可调且可靠性高的两脚架已成为轻机枪研发过程中必不可少的环节。确定了两脚架的结构方案,计算关键参数并利用Pro/E对两脚架进行三维实体建模。利用ANSYS Workbench对3种不同高度的两脚架进行静力学分析,对部署在不同材质地面上两脚架进行模态分析,校核两脚架的强度和刚度。根据有限元分析计算所得的应力云图和位移云图,分析两脚架受力状况与战场环境适应能力,检验两脚架的可靠性。
Bipod is the important part of light-weight machine gun, which affects the firing stability of machine gun. Bipod must be light-weight, height-adjustable, fast-spreading and reliable. Aiming at above, it designs the structure of bipod and calculates the key parameters, builds the 3D model in Pro/E, analyzes the modal of the bipod deploying on different materials with ANSYS Workbench, obtains the strength and stiffness and test the reliability of the bipod, realizes the optimal design of the bipod based on the stress distribution and deformation. The result shows that the method improves the stability of the bipod and adaptability of the bipod.
