摘要
利用软件Pro/E5.0对滚珠丝杠副进行三维建模,详细介绍了内循环滚珠丝杠副中反向器回珠曲线的创建方法。借助于动力学分析软件ADAMS对滚珠丝杠副模型进行了动力学仿真,分析了不同转速下丝杠、螺母的运动特性以及滚珠与丝杠、螺母、反向器的接触特性。借助有限元软件ANSYS分析了丝杠的固有频率,为避免共振提供了理论依据。研究发现高转速对滚珠丝杠副的动态特性有着很大的影响。
It introduces the modeling method of the reverse curve in an inner loop ball screw with Pro/E 5.0, uses ADAMS to analyze the dynamic characteristics of the ball screw, the movement characteristics of screw, nut under different rotational speeds and contact characteristic between ball and screw, ball and nut, ball and inverter, discusses the ball screw pair functions under high - speed working condition. In order to avoid the resonance, it analyzes the natural frequency of this screw in ANSYS. This provides theoretical basis for studying resonance and proves that dynamic characteristics of ball screw are greatly affected by high speed.
