摘要
针对中国吸鱼泵技术落后以及产品匮乏等问题,提出了运用ANSYS FLUENT软件对现有吸鱼泵进行分析研究的方法。首先建立吸鱼泵物理模型和流场模型,然后进行内部流场数值模拟与仿真,通过优化吸鱼泵在设计工况下的内部流场分布以及吸鱼泵的性能参数,包括速度云图、压力云图、迹线图、吸鱼效率,来保证吸鱼泵合理高效运转。
Aiming at the problem of Chinese suction pump technology and product scarcity, it proposes the analysis method for the existing suction pump based on ANSYS FLUENT software. It establishes the suction pump physical model and flow model, realizes the numerical simulation of internal flow field and performance parameters, optimizes the distribution of internal flow field in suction pump under the design condition and suction pump such as velocity contours, pressure contour plot and absorption efficiency of fish. This ensures the reasonable and effective operation of suction pump.
