摘要
针对现有的紧固件涂胶装置普遍存在涂胶效率提高和涂层均匀性等质量下降的矛盾,应用TRIZ理论有关原理,推导出解决的方法,并设计出与现有的机器完全不同的结构装置,结果表明该紧固件自动涂胶装置在不影响质量的前提下能大幅提高涂胶效率,也证明了TRIZ理论在解决技术矛盾领域中的应用潜力。
Aiming at low efficiency and poor uniformity of the coating in the existing fasteners glue device, it applies TRIZ theory and deduces the process, designs a kind of new coating equipment. The application shows that the new equipment increases the efficiency of coating and ensures the quality of the coating. This proves the potential applications of TRIZ theory in solving technical contradictions.
