基于Android系统的三自由度无线喷印机设计

Design of the Android-based 3-DOF wireless jet printer

为克服喷印设备只能进行本地操作的局限性,设计了一台三自由度无线喷印机。开发了基于Android系统的插补轨迹无线传输程序作为上位机(移动终端)程序;建立了从上位机至下位机的无线数据链路;确定了喷印系统的相关技术参数。采用无线通信模式可以实现对多台喷印机的有效控制。

A three - degree - of - freedom wireless jet printer is designed, and a set of upper - level interpolation program based on Android system is developed. The wireless data link from the mobile terminal to the lower com- puter is established. It can realize the remote control and network control of the spray printing equipment. The limitation of the local control and the wired control of the spray printing equipment is solved. And the jet printing program is transplanted into the host computer to simplify the control system of the lower computer and improve the efficiency of the equipment.
