摘要
为确保港口装卸设备的生产作业效率,通过分析、处理天津港装卸设备单机运行数据,计算装卸设备的平均利用台时和平均利用率,结合设备钢结构劣化程度等相关因素,分析得到装卸设备的最佳使用台时和最佳使用年限,并提出港口装卸设备使用建议。
In order to ensure the efficiency of the production and operation of the port handling equipment, the average utilization time and the average utilization rate of handling equipment are calculated after analyzing and dealing with the operation data of the Tianjin port handling equipment. Combined with the deterioration degree of the steel structure of the equipment, the best utilization time and the best service life of the handling equipment are analyzed. Some suggestions on the utilization of the port handling equipment are presented.
