摘要
针对集装箱码头堆场发箱时大量的翻箱导致机械能耗增加、作业效率降低的情况,采用流程分解法对大票发箱流程进行优化重组,设计大票集中堆放系统,从而减少机械能耗,提升作业效率,提高客户提箱效率。
The increase of mechanical energy consumption and the reduction of operation efficiency are caused by a large number of shiftings, when the containers are distributed in the container terminal yard. To solve this problem, the process decomposition method is used to optimize and recombine the process of large bill container distribution and the large bill centralized stacking technology is designed. The mechanical energy consumption can be reduced, the operation efficiency can be improved and the customer service quality can be enhanced.
