摘要
TEX101是癌/睾丸抗原家族中的重要一员,高表达于人睾丸中的精母细胞和精子细胞中。目前发现TEX101从精子表面脱落与精卵相互作用密切相关,是精卵发生顶体反应的关键步骤。此外,TEX101在精浆中的浓度与睾丸生殖细胞的数量相关,可以作为代表男性生育能力的生物学标志物。最后,TEX101的表达还影响精子的运动能力和黏附能力。这些发现表明TEX101可以作为代表男性生育能力的生物学标志物,在精子的发生发育过程中发挥着重要作用。
TEX101 is an important member of cancer/testis antigen family, which is highly expressed in spermato- cytes and spermatids of human testes. Currently studies showed that the shedding of TEX101 from the surface of sperm was closely related with sperm and sperm-egg interaction, and it was a key step in sperm acrosome reaction. In addition, the relationship between expression level of TEX101 in seminal plasma and the amount of testicular germ cells indicated its potential role in male fertility biomarkers. Finally, the expression of TEX101 also affected the ability of sperm motility and adhesion ability. These data showed that TEX101 could be the fertility bio-marker of the male, and it played an important role in the spermatogenesis and development of sperm.
