局限性脉络膜凹陷的临床和OCT表现的探讨 被引量:1

摘要 局限性脉络膜凹陷在过去是一种相对少见的病变,曾有学者提出该病为"先天性疾病的假说"。但是,OCT设备的革命性发展,使眼科医生能准确的判断该病的存在,从而大大提高检出率。近年来国内外不断有文章陆续报道了该病合并诸如中心性浆液性脉络膜视网膜病变、脉络膜新生血管、Best病和年龄相关性黄斑变性等等疾病的病例,并对影像学表现进行了描述,多数患者出现了视网膜厚度的变化,从而引起了部分眼科医生的重视,并对发病机制进行了大胆的推测。本研究对局限性脉络膜凹陷临床和OCT表现的研究现状做一综述。 Focal choroidal excavation was a relatively rare lesions in the past, which was regared as "congenital disease" by some specialists. However, with the revolutionary development of OCT equipment, it could be checked accurately by ophthalmologists. Consequently, the detection rate improved greatly. In recent years, there have been articles continuously reporting cases of illness with this disease like of central serous chorioretinopathy, choroidal neovascularization, Best disease, and age-related macular degeneration, both at home and abroad. The articles also described the imaging performance of it. The retinal thickness of most patients has changed, which caught some ophthalmologists' attention. Therefore, these ophthalmologists speculated the pathogenesis. In this study, we reviewed the research status of clinical and OCT findings of localized choroidal depression.
