摘要
由于法国亚麻纤维果胶含量高于国产亚麻纤维,提出果胶酶超声波辅助化学联合脱胶工艺。优化的脱胶工艺为:果胶酶2 g/L,H_2SO_4 2 g/L;脱胶温度60℃,H_2O_2 8%,NaOH 6%,脱胶时间80 min,超声波频率28 kHz。该工艺脱胶处理时间短、温度低,因此,纤维素水解较低,单纤维强力优于传统化学脱胶,纤维损伤较小,可提高后道工序的可纺性能。
Pectin content of French flax fiber is higher than that of domestic flax fiber, therefore, a combined degumming process with pectinase ultrasonic assisting chemicals is carried out. The process is determined as follows, the pretreatment with 2 g/L pectinase, 2 g/L H2SO4, 8% H2O2 and 6% NaOH, degumming at 60℃ for 80 min with ultrasonic frequency of 28 kHz. Owing to the shortened degumming time and low degumming temperature, the flax fiber cellulose hydrolysis is low. Single fiber strength is superior to the traditional chemical degumming, the spinning performance is greatly improved.
