竹根调糖片对链脲佐菌素致糖尿病小鼠糖脂代谢的影响

Effects of Zhugentiaotang Tablets on glucose and lipid metabolism in diabetic mice induced by streptozotocin

摘要 目的:研究竹根调糖片(ZGTTT)对链脲佐菌素(STZ)致糖尿病小鼠空腹血糖、血脂的影响以及早期糖尿病肾病的预治作用。方法:采用尾静脉注射STZ建立糖尿病小鼠模型。i.g给药3周,每周末测定小鼠空腹血糖(FBG)和体质量。3周后采血,测定血清中三酰甘油(TG)、总胆固醇(CHOL)、高密度脂蛋白胆固醇(HDL-C)、低密度脂蛋白胆固醇(LDL-C)、肌酐(CREA)、尿素氮(BUN),并通过HE染色观察各组小鼠肾组织的病理学变化。结果:ZGTTT各剂量组显著对抗糖尿病小鼠体质量下降以及FBG明显降低(P<0.05或P<0.01);ZGTTT_H显著降低CHOL、TG、LDL-C,明显升高HDL-C(P<0.05或P<0.01);ZGTTT_H和ZGTTT_M显著降低CREA和BUN(P<0.05或P<0.01);ZGTTT_H和ZGTTT_M小鼠肾组织病理形态学改变程度明显减轻。结论:ZGTTT对链脲佐菌素所致糖尿病小鼠糖脂代谢紊乱有改善作用,并对肾功能具有保护作用。 OBJECtIVE To investigate the effects of Zhugentiaotang Tablets (ZGTTT) on fasting blood glucose and blood lipid,and protective effect against early diabetic nephropathy in diabetic mice induced by streptozotocin (STZ). METItOIIS Di- abetic mice were induced by intravenous injection of STZ. ZGTTT was intragastrically administered to mice for 3 weeks. Fasting blood glucose (FBG) and the change of body weight were determined at every weekend. The contents of triglycerides (TG), to- tal cholesterol (CHOL), high density lipoprotein cholesterol (HDL-C), low density lipoprotein cholesterol (LDL-C), ereatinine (CREA) and blood urea nitrogen (BUN) in serum were measured by collecting blood after 3 weeks, and the pathological chan- ges of kidney were observed in each group by HE staining. RESULTS The reduction of body weight was mitigated markedly and the level of FBG was remarkably decreased in each ZGTTT group (P〈0. 05 or P〈0. 01). The levels of TG, CHOL and LDL-C were significantly reduced while HDL-C level was increased in ZGTTTH (P〈0. 05 or P〈0. 01). The contents of BUN and CREA were remarkably decreased in ZGTTTH and ZGTTTM (P〈0. 05 or P〈0. 01). The pathological changes of kidney in ZGTTTH and ZGTTTM were significantly allevaited. CONCLUSION ZGTTT can improve glucose and lipid metabolism in diabetic mice induced by STZ, and has protective effects on renal functions.
