注射用门冬氨酸鸟氨酸和复方氨基酸注射液(3AA)配伍稳定性考察

Compatible stability of L-ornithine L-aspartate for injection and compound amino acid injection (3AA)

目的:考察注射用门冬氨酸鸟氨酸与复方氨基酸注射液(3AA)配伍的稳定性。方法:将注射用门冬氨酸鸟氨酸与复方氨基酸注射液(3AA)按临床常用的浓度配伍,分别于0,1,3,6,12 h对配伍溶液的外观、pH、含量等指标进行考察。结果:注射用门冬氨酸鸟氨酸与复方氨基酸注射液(3AA)配伍后12 h内的外观、pH、含量等无明显变化。结论:注射用门冬氨酸鸟氨酸与复方氨基酸注射液(3AA)临床可以配伍应用。

OBJECTIVE To study the compatible stability of L-ornithine L-aspartate for injection and compound amino acid injection （3AA）. METHODS I;ornithine L-aspartate for injection and compound amino acid injection （3AA） were combined as per the concentrations commonly used in clinical practice to investigate the appearance, pH and the content of the mixture at 0, 1, 3, 6, 12 h, respectively. RESULTS The appearance, pH and the content of the mixture were compatible and stable after prepared for 12 hour. CONCLUSION L-ornithine L-aspartate for injection and compound amino acid injection （3AA） can he combined in the clinical practice.
